A rich unctuous chutney intelligently spiced with the best that Madagascar has to offer, rounded off with French brandy. The fruits are chosen for their succulence and the vegetables come from an uninhabited island off the west coast of Scotland (uninhabited that is apart from the Highland Cattle).
