Henshelwood’s Mustard range is eclectic and our flavours a little unusual. Lynn has designed each recipe (mild, medium or hot) to ensure the ‘heat’ does nor overpower the flavour. Each mustard can be used both on the side and as a cooking ingredient.

Cajun Mustard

Complex and pungent. Use with strong flavoured meats and cheeses ( or stir through fried rice)

Cardomom Mustard

An aromatic mustard. Use with rare beef and hot dogs, or add to cheese sauces.
