Great New Products for 2009

After many requests for a Chilli Jam Lynn has researched and trialled extensively and come up with our new Chilli Jam. We believe it is closest to the way it was originally made with a tomato base rather than an apple base and with lots of spices. So we have called it Original Chilli Jam.

Our new range of JELLIES is underway with Bramble Jelly and two savoury ones Blackberry with Lime Jelly and Apple Mint Jelly.

Two great new Chutneys have also been added to the list: Apricot and Ginger Chutney and Spiced Apple and Prune.

NEWS JUST IN:

We put a couple of our new products into the Great Taste Awards and They won Gold!

Our Apple Mint Jelly and Original Chilli Jam both came up Trumps.

ALSO: At the National Jam Competition at Ludlow our Strawberry and Rose Jam was voted by the public into 2nd place.

We are all thrilled with these results and it just gives us confidence we are maintaining our philosophy of producing products full of flavour. ( We all believe the Original Chilli Jam is one of the best and certainly the most versatile product we have produced).
